The OCVO Office is committed to protect the visitors’ privacy and does not collect any personal information from the visitor unless this is given voluntarily to the OCVO Office by the visitor. Any personal information communicated with the OCVO Office is bounded by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (Cap 586, Laws of Malta) and will be kept within gov.mt.

The OCVO has a legal duty to respect and protect any personal information collected from voluntary organisations and the public in general. The OCVO Office will abide by such duty and takes the necessary measures to prevent unauthorised access and sensitive data collected from the visitor.

The OCVO Office is responsible to reply to the feedback received. In the feedback form, the name, surname and address are strictly required. These will be kept for office use only. Failure to enter the above, the form will not be allowed to be sent.
