Ms. Cynthia Ann Dako Ellul

Ms. Cynthia Ann Dako Ellul is currently the Head of Intent, Pre-Enrolment, Inter-regulatory Liaison, Enrolment and Classification. She joined the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisation in March 2021 as Manager (Public Collections).

Cynthia Ann has several years of work experience leading teams across different sectors both in the product and service industries. She has a keen interest in business management and helping companies become more successful which proved essential in supporting and guiding organisations in the setting up and continue to be successful in administrating the organisation.

Cynthia Ann holds a BA in Communications and a MA in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Malta. She eventually continued her studies and obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
