The Reform of Voluntary and Not for Profit Sector

Description

A reform prompted by the fact that we believe that the volunteering sector should be strengthened in order to meet the present and future needs of volunteering in Malta and so that the sector continues to be recognised as an important pillar in society. This reform must ensure that the sector has the strength and tools it needs so that it can function properly, and the change process is to go beyond the legislative change and should look at the sector collectively. Above all, the reform is aimed at creating a balance between what must be regulated and what must be supervised.
